Hospitality Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:    

Pro-actively contribute to the sell out of every event day

Using the CRM & Ticketmaster sales systems, to ensure all new bookings are uploaded correctly with full details to capture guest data

Generate personal target lists of appropriate business that may be interested in our products

Conduct face to face meeting following cold calls to close the sales of larger value products

Contribute to the sale of the end of season dinner and ad hoc stadium events

Work closely with the Corporate Account Managers to ensure clients are satisfied with their experiences and ad hoc requests are met where necessary

Sell all corporate products to agreed target levels

Achieve all monthly and annual targets as assigned

Source, qualify and develop new leads

Maintain complete knowledge of membership product offering to maximise sales opportunities and benefit to client’s needs

Record relevant information resulting from calls made to prospects/customers by updating system tools/databases and managing sales pipeline

Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods

Interact with customers at home games and special events in order to promote relationships and drive incremental business

To present the product in a structured professional way
