Hospitality Sales Manager

Main Responsibilities

Manage the day to day running of five members of staff in the Club London sales team

Assist the sales drive by delivering their own sales to contribute to the team.

Responsible for a sell out each and every event day of all hospitality stock

Manage all client interactions via the Microsoft CRM system

Using the Ticketmaster sales system, ensure all new bookings are uploaded correctly with full details to capture guest data

Create weekly sales reports for the Head of Hospitality

Assist with the creation and improvements of hospitality packages.

Take responsibility for sales of ad-hoc stadium events e.g. concerts

Manage sales for end of season awards dinner

Motivate the sales team with realistic targets meeting with each member every month to appraise performance and deliver feedback

Work closely with the Club London Memberships Manager to create a smooth process for new Club London members

Work closely with the Club London Account Managers to ensure clients are satisfied with their experiences and ad hoc requests are met where necessary

Liaise with the club’s marketing team to ensure the corporate proposition is well promoted in local publications and club channels

Assist the Head of Hospitality with the development of the Club London offering.

Person Specification                      

Demonstrable experience of ticket master system

5+ years of sales experience

Proven success, prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with other decision makers. - ability to craft solution with appropriate products and partners to meet business goals

Ideally 1+ years of sales management experience

Demonstrable experience in sales planning and exceeding sales goals

Strong relationship building skills

Good organisation and time management skills

Good people skills to work with a range of people

Negotiation skills

Persuasive skills

High level communication skills with the ability to adapt to different situations and clients

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

Results and target driven

The ability to lead and motivate a team

A professional manner

Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets

Office proficiency to create detail sales reports and forecasts
