As the Sales Administrator will have responsibility for supporting and coordinating all administrative tasks required by the Commercial team to assist the business to achieving its ambitious objectives.
Undertake administrative support tasks for the Sales team to enable the fulfilment of the companies’ ambitious sales targets
Support the Sales team with the completion of all documentation required to complete a sale from order to delivery
Complete of all relevant documentation
Provide administrative assistance in the set-up of new contacts
Coordination and allocation of central team inbox
Ensure accurate archiving of all sales order and finance information, electronic and hard copy
Knowledge, skills & experience:
Experience in a similar fast paced environment
Previous Sales Admin experience is desirable although not essential
Previous CRM experience is desirable although not essential
Excel experience is essential as part of the role’s day to day activities
Ability to use your own initiative.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Ability to work on own and as part of a team.
Highly organised and self-motivated.
