Ticket Office Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound call handling

Outbound call handling

Complaint resolution

Events management

Assist with departmental training programme

Assist with recruitment and development programmes

Deputise for management

Away game cover

Outbound campaign management

Banking and cashing up duties

Project management

Systems set-up

Covering other areas of Club business such as Equality and Diversity

KPIs with a required quality score 85%+

Flexibility to working hours to manage cup runs and departmental demands

Compliant with Club departmental procedures

Cover the Club Shop ticketing position on a rota

Embrace diversity and demonstrate professionalism at all times

Adhere to Staff Handbook policies and procedures

Appropriate use of all systems (Ticketmaster, fortress, telecom2 etc)

 

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have skills and experience in the following areas: -

Education/Qualifications/Experience:

Demonstrable ticketing systems management experience, preferably in a Sports environment (E)

Experience working within the sports stadia or events industry (D)

CRM/database experience (D)

Skills, Abilities, Knowledge

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (E)

Knowledge of TicketMaster (D)

Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure during busy periods to meet deadlines (E)

Methodical and strategic approach (E)

Proactive and a self-starter (E)

Ability to react quickly due to an ever-changing environment (E)

Able to delegate whilst leading from the front (E)

Self-motivated (E)
